WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY ON OUR MERCHANDISE. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
Shoes which are custom-made or begin with a KA prefix in the code are not exchangeable. All merchandise unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturer's defect. Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no charge within 10 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of ANY item. Please note that there may be variations in packaging but the product will always be the exact quality product described, promised and delivered. For legal purposes we must state that all items are sold as novelty items only. NO SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. For health reasons, novelties may not be returned under any circumstances. Clothing must be unworn, labels intact and in original package.
